Your eHomeParade tour can be linked from any url on the web, this includes your own website, Realtor.com®, MetroList, Zillow, Craigslist, Trulia or another listing service. Our tours can be handed to your clients on a CD, or they can be emailed as a hyperlink. We also produce an IDX compliant version of every tour at no extra charge. See our IDX page for details.
Function
Your tour is carefully produced to download quickly over any connection so the shopper doesn't have to wait. Every tour includes both a low and high bandwidth display to accommodate shoppers with slower internet connections. Your tour interface includes features like the Area Map, School Information, Mortgage Calculator, Send to Friend and Printable Brochure to enhance their shopping experience. We use a JAVA viewer so that the shopper does not have to install an additional plug-in before viewing the tour.
Context
At eHomeParade, your tours will include features designed to quickly bring the shopper toward a buying decision. Our area map displays the exact location of the property; the Send to Friend link allows them to share their find with a spouse or friend. The seller's contact information is prominently displayed throughout the tour so that the next step is always just a phone call away!
